Kristen Mascareñas Wendling, MA, CCC-SLP – graduated from the University of Colorado in Spanish Language & Literature and Speech Language & Hearing Sciences and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Iowa. This Colorado native passionately helps people with language and other cognitive-communication disorders, specializing in acquired neurological disorders. Kristen started working for O.T. Plus in 2017. As a bilingual speech-language pathologist, Kristen is dedicated to providing quality speech therapy services to Spanish-speaking individuals. She engages patients in the therapeutic process by listening to each person’s unique needs and supporting each person as they set and attain relevant and specific goals that will improve function and quality of life. When not at work, Kristen frolics in the mountains with her husband, plays little ditties on her flute, and laughs with her 6 younger siblings.
